Tips for Beautiful Brows
Do you have out of control brows? If so, try brushing your brows with a brow brush or a toothbrush, and, if you like, keep them in place with a little sweep of clear mascara, hair gel, or hairspray. (apply the gel or hairspray onto the toothbrush and brush them up and over) Walla...they are set for the night.
